Cleveland Cavaliers

The Basketball World Cup came to a close this week with Team USA taking gold in an impressive 129-92 win over Serbia. Now the tournament is over all eyes will be fixed on the up-coming NBA season which sees the "King" LeBron James returning home to the Cleveland Cavaliers. With such a franchise player on the roster we should expect to see an influx of Cavs related pieces.

Hot on the heels of the "Cavs" fitted from Leaders is the "Bengals" 59FIFTY. The boutique from Chicago take inspiration from Ohio's Cincinnati Bengals for their OG logo fitted. The cap uses a black crown and visor and features the logo embroidered in raised orange and white stitch. Black and orange stripes are also included on the cap's underbrim. New Era Presents: Heritage Series - The 1934 Collection

Celebrating 80 years of the 8 Panel 19TWENTY fitted, New Era launched the Heritage Series "The 1934 Collection". I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch event showcasing the caps the night before they went live. There are six caps in the collection representing the; Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians (which were the first team the caps were made for). The Detroit Tigers, New York Giants, New York Yankees and St. Louis Cardinals. Replicating the original designs the caps use Melton wool bases with detailed logos embroidered on the front panels. The caps also feature a hard-wearing leather sweatband giving them a truly classic feel. All six caps are now available via both New Era and Size?'s online stores.

Cleveland Indians

Not your typical MLB fitted this time around as New Era jazz things up a bit with this Cleveland Indians 59Fifty. The grey fitted features the Indians' "C" embroidered in white with blue, red and white zag stitch on it. Get yours now from  HHV http://www.hhv.de.

Leaders1354

Inspired by the Jordan IV's of the same name, Leaders drop their fitted equivalent using the OG Cavs colours. The black crown features a tonal LDRS logo embroidered on the front panels and "1354" in blue with orange stars included on the rear. The fitted is finished with a blue brim, orange underbrim and top button.
