New Era x DC Comics

Superman vs. Batman will be coming to the big screen is a few years as the two iconic characters get set to clash or perhaps work together in an undisclosed plot. I'm sure when the movie is released DC and New Era will have a treat or two for us but as of now we have to settle for their current releases.

The "Denim Hero" 59FIFTY see the duo's symbols embroidered onto the front panels of denim crowns. While the Superman fitted features a blue visor the Batman cap goes for a black visor, both colours used in the Hero's costumes. Acapulco Gold

As we look forward to the spring/summer releases many brands have to offer, we take a look back at a couple pieces from Acapulco Gold's winter collection. Both versions of the "G" 59FIFTY are constructed using denim, the Selvage Denim fitted uses Cone Mills denim with a raised metallic gold "G" on the front panels. However the Engineer Stripe fitted is made with imported pinstriped Japanese denim with a white "G" on the front panels. Both are finished with "Acapulco Gold" in white bold type on the rear. Duck Boot

For this original fitted, New Era take inspiration from the durable Duck Boot. Using a denim crown and brown duck cloth and rubber on the visor, the fitted is constructed to resemble the footwear.
